Bsc. Mimoza Vitanova

Embryologist

Mimoza Vitanova was born 11.02.1988 in Skopje. She graduated from high school “Rade Jovcevski Korcagin” in 2006 and the same year she continued her bachelor studies in University SS. Cyril and Methodius, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Institute of Biology, Skopje. In 2009 she obtained a scholarship for international exchange in University “St. Kliment Ohridski “ in Sofia (Bulgaria), Faculty for Biology, Division – Molecular Biology. In 2011 she successfully finished her studies and became graduated biology engineer. Afterwards, she has continued her education with master studies in Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. During this period , she upgraded her practical knowledge with voluntary work in several laboratories: 1. Research Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (RCGEB), Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts; 2. Biochemical laboratory, Clinic of infectious diseases, Faculty of Medicine (2010) ; 3. Biochemical Laboratory, JZU Health Center, Policlinic Jane Sandanski (2011). Between 2011-2014 she has worked in vitro laboratory and bank for stem cells in private hospital St. Lazar Hospital / My Hospital, which upgraded her knowledge for further exploring this field. Her love and passion for embryology continues nowadays in the in vitro laboratory Newborn Clinic.
